Jose Cletus Plackal, D.Min., Ps. D., is a member of the CMI Congregation, S. H. Province, Kochi. He had his education in Philosophy, Theology and Psychology, both in India and abroad. He has vast experience in youth development, administration and in socio-pastoral services. Dr Jose Cletus is a Clinically Certified Member of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors (Reg. No. 2917). He has specialized in the BET system of psychotherapy which makes use of the brain's hemispheric functions, using biofeedback techniques and tools.
