Dr. (Engg.) Varghese Panthalookaran M.Sc. (Physics), Senior Professor, Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology is the Director of Rajagiri Media & Pallikkutam i-School. He is also a
Principal Member, Sectional Committee, MED-04, Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Nominated Member, All India Board of Management Studies, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
He is the author of three important books on education:
His collection of dramas in Malayalam language titled, Buddhan Veendum Chirikkunu (Buddha Laughs Again) has won the Endowment Award of Kerala Sahitya Academy in 2000. His doctoral thesis in Mechanical Engineering titled, "CFD-assisted Characterisation and Design of Hot Water Seasonal Heat Stores" was published by Shaker VerkagGmbH, Germany in 20007. He has also authored a book in German language titled, "Lehre Jesu als Schlussel zur Lebensfreude" (The Teaching of Jesus as the Key to Happiness).

Sreekumar Raghavan is a senior media professional with vast years of experience in print, online media and has also appeared in popular news channels in Malayalam analysing finance and market trends. Communications Manager: Nicy Mathew
Nicy Mathew is the Communications Strategist of Rajagiri Media and also anchors the popular online education programme, Pallikkutam Global Connect. She is playing a pivotal role in creating awareness of Pallikkutam Pedagogy for entrepreneurial education and the products and services under Pallikkutam brand of Rajagiri Media to stakeholders. She was brought up in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and worked for Nuqul Group, a hygienic paper company for more than two years. She holds an MBA from Karunya University, Coimbatore.

Justin Joseph is a content developer and instructional designer with experience in co-ordination and content development in elearning programmes. He has worked previously for Manappuram Finance, a leading financial services firm based in Kerala. He is also a poet and a youth leader.
