Union Ministry of Education has decided to create study materials for all courses under school and higher education in all languages included in the 8th Schedule of the Indian Constitution. The Ministry has directed all regulatory bodies including UGC, AICTE, NCERT, NIOS and heads of academic institutions to facilitate the development of content in regional languages.
