Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Rajagiri Media Trust doesn't allow cancellation or refund of an order placed for any of the products or services including magazines, books, participation in events or other services offered by the Trust.

Returns Policy

In the case of delivery of a damaged item, it may be exchanged or replaced with a fresh one. For digital products availed online, the Trust shall make efforts to enable unhindred access to the content and in case of technical disruptions that come to our notice or brought to our notice, it shall be rectified as early as possible.
