National Scholarships Portal- Single Point Solution for Students, Institutions

Scholarships & Sponsorships

India Government has set a National Scholarships Portal (https://scholarships.gov.in) managed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology(MIET).This enables students to submit applications, get receipts, enable processing of application and disbursal of funds. It aims at providing a Simplified, Mission-oriented, Accountable, Responsive & Transparent 'SMART" System for faster and effective disposal of Scholarships applications and disbursal of money. 
All scholarship information is available on the portal and there is a single integrated application for all scholarships.
The Central Scholarship schemes listed are- Ministry of Minority Affairs, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Miistry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Department of School Education, Department of Higher Education, WARB, Ministry of Home Affairs, RPF/RPSF and Ministry of Railway. UGC schemes, AICTE Scheme and State Schemes (Assam, Chandigarh, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Tripura, Karnataka, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh).
