Zoom AR Facial Effects

Technology Inceptions

Zoom, the video conferencing company, has added augmented reality (AR) facial effects called Studio Effects. It includes video filters, background changes and face beautification options, and much more. The AR effect allows its users to customize their faces during a zoom video call. It means a user can customize their eyebrows, moustache, beard, and lip colour during the meeting. Before getting started users to have to check if they have the latest version of the Zoom app. Studio effects can be enabled by clicking on the ‘Gear’ icon at the top right corner. Then Click on the background and filters option. Click on the Studio Effects link from the bottom right corner to download the effects. Once, you have made the selection, click on the checkbox at the top that reads, “Apply to all future meetings”. Zoom will remember the user’s preferred options and apply the same for all the calls.
