Training in Childhood Education, New Pedagogy Enabled Innovation in Teaching
Iryna Aprielieva and her associates found that the teacher training programs in childhood education, new pedagogical knowledge and courses, related to innovations, have the effect of enabling preschool teachers to use innovations in their professional practice. This idea was revealed out of a study conducted by them on the effectiveness of introducing information about innovative pedagogical knowledge in training courses. In their study they gave emphasis to how the educators perceive the latest research and educational innovations, practices in the preschool educational space, how to motivate integration into professional activities. The researchers give emphasis to in service of teachers so that the teachers can be updated on technology bases.
