Robotic Satellites to Repair Satellites in Orbit

Science Innovations

The University of Cincinnati is developing a new robotics technology that can repair orbiting satellites. According to Ou Ma, Professor at Cincinnati University, robotic satellites could be able to dock with other satellites for repairs and refuelling. The most useful repair satellite will be able to complete multiple tasks. Ou Ma is assisted by AnoopSathyan and they are working on developing robotic networks that can work independently but collaboratively on a common task.
