Management lessons

ONPASSIVE Technologies, the global provider of predictive, intelligent business automation services to encourage employees to give their best at work, has started giving away brand new gifts like SUV cars, iPhone Pro Max phones, two-wheelers, high-end laptops and cash-based incentives to those outstanding performers in the company. The giveaway program is organised every week of the month within the ONPASSIVE office amidst the management, leadership team and the staff.

ONPASSIVE started its operations in 2018 from Kolkata, and now Hyderabad being the head office has become home for hundreds of professionals. The organisation aims to scale up its strength to 1000 employees by the end of 2022. The organisation continuously recognises and fulfils the needs of its employees, from providing free lunch to giving salary appraisals and rewarding them by acknowledging their sincere efforts at work.

Mr. Ash Mufareh - Founder & CEO, ONPASSIVE, said, "The leadership team, along with me, selects and approves the best employee. We follow certain guidelines and criteria to reward the person. Some of the major areas that we look for while selecting the winner is their domain knowledge, trustworthiness, ethics, good attitude etc. Since we are a product-based company, we are also thinking of bringing in holiday packages and cash prizes for the teams that deliver quality products. Employee wellbeing has always been the motto at ONPASSIVE, and we are ready to go that extra mile to achieve the goal".

The company recognises individuals in technical and non-technical departments. Some of the individuals who have been rewarded so far are from HR, Customer Support, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Designing, IT Infrastructure teams, while the rest are from the product delivery teams. Giving away what employees are in need of has brought much happiness for the organisation as well as the employees who have accepted the movement in a positive way and working zealously towards being the next winner.
