Multigrain Banana PanCake
•Multi grain flour - 5 tbsp.
•Banana (small ) - 1.
•Jaggery - 3 tbsp (adjust the sweetness as required).
•Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup.
•Ghee – 2 tsp.
•Salt - As per taste.
Put all the ingredients in a mixer, add required water and grind it to a thick batter.
Take a saute pan. Brush it with oil or ghee, once the pan is hot, gently pour the batter. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes and flip it cook the other side as well. Now multi grain pan cake is ready. Glaze it with honey and serve hot. This can be taken as snack and even as healthy breakfast or dinner too.
