Lok Sabha Internship 2018: Apply before May 4

New Delhi: Applications are invited for 100 Internship Positions in Lok Sabha. There are 50 Internship Positions for a duration of three months and 50 Internship Positions for a duration of one month in the Lok Sabha Secretariat. 


A stipend of Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 5,000 for stationery and typing expenses will be allotted for one month internship. A stipend of Rs. 20,000 per month and Rs. 10,000 for stationery and typing expenses for three months internship.



The Internship shall be open to Indian citizens between 21 and 30 years of age as on closing date of applications provided they have outstanding academic record in disciplines such as social sciences, science, languages, environmental studies, law, journalism, finance, management, etc.


The applicant should have completed a two-year Post-Graduate Degree. The last date for submitting application is May 4, 2018.



The Lok Sabha Internship Programme is aimed to provide an opportunity to young talent in the country with outstanding academic credentials for acquainting themselves with the working of parliamentary democracy through Parliamentary Internship and to train them to contribute towards generation of research inputs for references/use of Honourable Members of Parliament.
