ISPP to Offer India's First Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy

New Delhi-based Indian School of Public Policy is launching the nation's first ever post graduate programme in public policy in August 2019 which is equivalent to master's certificate programme.

The one year programme titled Policy, Design and Management-Redefining Public Policy Courses is  meant for students who aim for high-profile careers in public policy practice. It encompasses the nuances of public policy programme pertaining to policy management and design, with international standards in pedagogy, research and outcomes. The faculty consists of eminent thought leaders and practitioners such as Amitabh Mattoo, Dipankar Gupta, Parth J Shah, Seema Choudhary, Sanjaya Baru, Pronab Sen, Shahana Chattaraj, Sudipto Mundle among others.


The programme will be a blend of theory and practice of public policy, design and management while inculcating strong ethics and leadership elements. The programme will be based on experiential learning, theoretical rigorous and diverse approach to pedagogy and research of public policy. The vision of the school, started in 2018, is to cultivate policy professionals and leaders of tomorrow.
