Industry 5.0: Keep Yourself Updated

Industrial revolution, which had an enormous impact on the human being, was a game changer. Analysing the history, it is clear that the Industrial Revolution had different phases. The first phase started with the steam and water powered machines.

The second phase of IR started with the large-scale production, electric-powered machines, and the efficiency of the assembly line. The third IR came with the introduction of computers to control automated machines. The fourth phase of the IR connected the automated machines with smart gadgets. Now, is the time for the fifth industrial revolution, aka Industry 5.0

Industry 5.0 circles around the connection between humans and machines. Though we have already seen human beings working alongside with machines, Industry 5.0 will ensure more sophisticated interaction between the same.  Improved integration, faster and better automation are some of the salient features of Industrial 5.0.

Industry 5.0 underlines that Robots are NOT going to take over the manufacturing plants. Emphasis will be more on the power of human brains.

This collaboration of human beings and machines applied in Robotics is known as Collaborative Robots aka Cobots. Industry 5.0 will have the Cobots and human being working together.

Industry 5.0 will have the best of both, the Robotics and Human brain. This will decrease the glitches of the existing systems, hopefully.
