HRD Ministry Launches Manodarpan for Psychological Support to Students

The Ministry of Human Resources Development  (HRD) has launched an initiative called Manodarpan to provide psychological support to students for their mental health and well being during the Covid pandemic and beyond. The Manodarpan initiative has been included in the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, a stimulus package for reviving the economy with the objective of strengthening human capital and increasing productivity and efficiency. In a tweet, Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Union Minister for HRD said that children are under stress after the declaration of results and would be having psychological issues and Manodarpan is intended to address those concerns.
