Digi Learning: Teachers Need Help

Teacher Insights

Digital learning is the demand of the time. The current generation of students are tech- innate than tech- savvy. The teachers need proper training and guidance on how to handle the digi- learning in classroom.

Before implementing the "complete digital classroom" set up, the leaders should make sure that the teachers are given insight to the following questions:

*How will you use educational technology to cognitively engage your students?

*How will you use educational technology to create opportunities for cognitive differentiation among your students in the lessons?

It should be made sure that these points should be covered well.  Proper evaluation and follow ups should be done too. Feedbacks should be given in such a way that they find it motivating rather than discouraging.
