Be the Better Leader

Leadership Instincts

Here are some tips to be a better leader

1. Be the Role Model:

It is not possible to be perfect. But, it is always better to be the best version of you in front of  your team. Highlight your strengths, work on your weaknesses. Keep on pushing yourself to pull out the best in you.

2. Group Cohesiveness:

The rapport among the team mates are inevitable.  The leader should ensure that the team mates are gelling well each other. Bringing in team activities will help to build a good rapport.

3. Perseverance:

Do not give up easily. Try hard, harder, then a bit more. A team will lack motivation and inspiration if the leader has no perseverance.

4. Decision Making:

A good leader should possess decision making skill. Under any circumstances, should be stable and sensible enough to take decisions.

5. Encourage Learning:

Encourage the team to learn new things. Keep them updated. Conduct seminars, training sessions and  interactive sessions.
